Typical Website Design Costs:
1 - 5 pages: $200 - $500
5 - 10 pages: $500 - $850
10 - 15 pages: $850 - $1,150
15 - 20 pages: $1,150 - $1,450
20 - 30 pages: $1,450 - $1,750
30 – 40 pages: $1,750 – $2,050
40 – 50 pages: $2,050 - $2,350
If your website requires coding (dynamic website accessing database), the fee will be per hour, not flat rate. The per hour fee is $30.00.
Example: your site requires for your visitor to fill out a form
Graphics:
Logos will be provided by the client. Logos provided by the client must be in .jpg format or a raw copy (original copy - .psd, .png, etc.) of the logo. If logos are to be made by SanMar Design, the fee is $25.00 per logo.
Colors and fonts are to be provided by the client. The more information the client provides, the easier the work will be on both side.
Text:
Text are to be provided by the client.
Use this model to setup your navigational elements:
-Home (provide homepage text and contents)
-About (provide company information)
-Products/Services (provided what you do)
-Contact Information (provide contact info)
-etc.
Maintenance:
** Please note that MAINTENANCE FEE AND WEBSITE FEE are two separate contract **
The client(s) will send SanMar Design an email with a description of the changes.
Frequent updates:
-The fee is $80.00 per hour.
-Frequent updates that takes 30 minutes or less, the minimum fee is $16.50*.
-Once a week updates that takes 30 minutes or less, the minimum fee is $20.50*.
-Upadates that takes longer than 30 minutes, the fee is $80.00.
Example:
8:00PM (start time) - 10:40PM (end time) = 2 HRS 40 MIN
Time Breakdown:
(08:00PM - 08:31PM = 31 MINUTES) = $80
(08:32PM - 09:00PM = 29 MINUTES COUNTED TOWARD FIRST 31 MIN = 60 MIN) = $0
(09:01PM - 09:31PM = 31 MINUTES) = $80
(09:32PM - 10:00PM = 29 MINUTES COUNTED TOWARD THIRD 31 MIN = 60 MIN) = $0
(10:01PM - 10:40PM = 39 MINUTES) = $80
TOTAL = $240.00 FOR 2 HRS 40 MINUTES

Agreement between SanMar Design and the client:
The client will agree to pay SanMar Design half (1/2) price when the client decided to cancel the project in progress.
SanMar Design will design a draft of the website. After the client has reviewed and is satisfied with the design, the work will go on. A full payment will be paid by the client once the website goes live.
The client will also agree that SanMar Design will be the ONLY designer that will maintain the clients website. If the client decides to let someone else maintain the website, the client must let SanMar Design know ahead of time.
